Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fully own the function of digital growth hacking from end-to-end, obviously, our team will help, yet you have to be not only aware but proficient in all functional areas required.
- Research target personas, critical attributes, communication preferences, knowledge fountains, and identify requirements for touchpoints on all stages of the buyer journey.
- Develop and implement processes for marketing automation including but not limited to evaluating channels, workflows, martech stack, backlogs, CRM and content needs.
- Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth and laggers for improvement.
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to propose creative projects, from building or acquiring tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads.
- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results by analyzing and recommending improvement initiatives in line with strategic objectives
- Formulate a live dashboard tracking metrics and KPIs associated with all initiatives, projects, tools, and systems for 360-degree insights on all activities and performance.
- Proven working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker or similar role.
- 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar
- In-depth knowledge of SEO factors, trends, and key algorithm update
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools (free or paid)
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with high standards of excellence
- Certified in Google Marketing Platform, Analytics, Adsense, Adwords (and/or)
- Certified in HubSpot, SalesForce, or similar
