We strive to create a marketplace to connect publishers and advertisers, provide a brand-safe environment for advertisers, and present feasible solutions for publishers to monetize and drive traffic through engaging ad formats to promote what's relevant and interesting to their audience.

We built our technology in-house. We currently serve more than 140 million monthly unique users and 180 thousand active users per minute, providing more than 1 B recommended ads and relevant ads on more than 1000 digital pages.



Role Brief: 

As an Account Manager you will link between our partner advertisers and the team and play a key role in growing the business by being the customer expert through Identifying opportunities to drive long-term growth.

You will be our expert in delivering consultative solutions for our partners, earning their trust by educating them on how to be successful.



How you will make an impact: 

  • Help ensure that our partner advertisers reach their marketing goals quickly and stay active and healthy.
  • Manage client relationships during all post sale activities
  • Throughout the partnership and provide strategic consultation to our partners, update on new product capabilities and find new areas for growth
  • Handling all technical requests to Ad Ops through campaign launches
  • Ensure that our partner clients are following best practice and maximizing every opportunity to achieve account success on the platform.
  • Provide oversight and root cause analysis of issues affecting advertisers.
  • Analyzing and creating custom reports for our partner clients where necessary
  • Monitor account performance for optimal ROI, advertiser satisfaction, competitive analysis for all campaigns on a weekly basis to convey optimal account positioning to meet client KPI’s

What do you need for the role..

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Proven results in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • On-hands experience with CRM software ( Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot)

It would be great if you also have: 

  • Knowledge and experience of working with digital or native advertising platforms
